As a Customer Service / Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Your primary role will involve data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information.ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate and timely data entry of claims information into the claims management systemsFollow up on missing or incomplete information in order to process the claim efficientlyReview invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policiesCompile reports using data from various systems with claims informationAssist in resolving any customer inquiries or concerns related to claim processing or data entrySkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification6 months to 1 year of previous work experience in a similar role preferred but not required (entry-level position)Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detailQualificationsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining productivity within established guidelinesAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer informationPlease note that this is a part-time remote position.
