Immigration consultant

· Provide clear information on Permanent Residence Visas, Temporary Residence Visas, Student Visas, Short term Visa.· Fluency in English and proficiency in Tamil.· The inside sales executive will be responsible for communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, and understanding their needs.· Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates their family make an educated choice the right decision.· Follow up on leads whilst providing on-going guidance and advice· Understanding the client s needs and requirements. · Identifying client’s concerns and queries.· Explaining services offered by the company. · Minimum 6 months to 2 Years of Experience· Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration consultant / Sales or Counselling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.· Experience working in a multicultural environment and ability to adapt to different cultural norms and practices.
