Education Requirement - B.E./B.Sc. in Aerospace / Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics + MBA desirableThe candidate must have the thorough knowledge of sales cycle, especially govt processes (DAP).Good knowledge in MS Office and Power point presentation - Excellent presentation communication skills.Relevant experience having a strong track record in meeting Sales targets in a B2B+B2G technical sales environment.Open to frequent domestic and international travel at client locations, and exhibitions and trials.Strong analytical and quantitative business skills.Experience working with drone technology will be preferred.This position is responsible for helping ideaForge Defense build on its competitive advantage in the Indian Drone market.Work closely with the Business and marketing team for creating documents to meet various requirements.Team player who can also be independent, prioritize work and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Job will involve selection and identification of accounts and opportunities as per UAV products and capabilities.The candidate will be responsible for account identification, account management, Sales targets, opportunity building, partnermanagement, billing and revenue, and all actions pertaining and management of sales processes.The candidate will also be responsible enhancing ideaForge Defense revenue by undertaking other business development activities.Find, evaluate, and qualify opportunities in the segment.Handle sales accounts from seeding to closure on-time.Carry out post bid record keeping the requirements and dependent activities in mind.Pitch ideaForge products and solutions suite to potential leads.Schedule amp; attend meetings with customers across the country to further business.Facilitate product demos on Customer site to showcase the technical capabilities of the drones.Generate leads and convert them into opportunities and orders.Participate in exhibitions while representing the organization.The role involves traveling to various demonstration sites to showcase the company solutions, so being open to travel is essential.
