Out of which minimum of five years’ experience in Azure Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / PuneExp: 8+ yearsNotice: max 30 daysPrimary skills: Understanding customer DB SQL server landscape Configuring SQL Server HA/DR (FCI, AG) in Azure with multiple subnets and multiple regions, Availability set Configuring and Administering Security/Policies/Resource Governing/Azure Key Vault Migrating SQL Server from On-Premises to Azure Cloud using DMA, DMS, Azure Data Studio, Log shipping, Backup restore and various other migration methods. Installing and configuring SQL Server all the version (200x to 2022) Good understanding of Database Performance using various tools Hands on experience on Windows and SQL servers issues and troubleshooting. Design, implement and operate database systems for performance and reliability in Azure On-Prem/Cloud upgrade of SQL Server from Legacy version to latest versions in Azure Conforming to client compliances and expectations Perform Pre-migration, cutover and post migration activities Secondary Skills: Identify Automation opportunities Post migration validation test results Break-fix Support Good knowledge in T-SQL scripting PowerShell script Certifications (Good to have) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Associate DP-300: Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions Soft Skills: Good customer connects Prepare solution presentations Migration Planning preparations Ability to work well in a team Excellent problem-solving skills Good communication and excellent analytical skills Educational Qualification: BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent.
